For the second year in a row, Alufix proudly partnered with Gault&Millau Austria at the Genuss Messe, a premier gastronomy festival bringing together top chefs, food enthusiasts, and industry leaders.
A bit of background: Gault&Millau is a renowned gastronomic guide, founded in France, that rates restaurants and their cuisine. The guide uses a 20-point scale, evaluating food quality, service, and ambiance. Every year, this industry leader organizes a major gastronomy festival — Genuss Messe.
This year’s event welcomed over 4,000 guests who experienced haute cuisine at its finest. Alufix played a key role by equipping chefs with professional accessories to support their culinary creativity.
