Dominik Utassy is the creative force behind Geiger Alm in Altaussee, a restaurant that blends Alpine warmth with rustic elegance. Located in a historic timber building, it offers an authentic yet refined interpretation of regional cuisine. Together with his wife, Eva-Maria Utassy, Dominik has shaped Geiger Alm into a Michelin-starred destination defined by craftsmanship, flavour, and sincere hospitality.

He creates a four- to eight-course menu inspired by seasonal ingredients and the culinary traditions of Ausseerland, combining precision, creativity, and respect for nature. Eva-Maria enhances the experience through attentive service and thoughtful wine pairings.

With limited seating and panoramic mountain views, Geiger Alm delivers an intimate dining experience. Dominik’s partnership with ALUFIX reflects shared values of quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Orm Oja is one of Estonia’s most prominent culinary figures — a chef, restaurateur, and presenter of MasterChef Estonia. Known for his energy, discipline, and curiosity, he bridges modern gastronomy with the warmth of authentic hospitality. He has led acclaimed restaurants such as NOA Chef’s Hall and La Cucina di Orm Oja, and created the vibrant Korean BBQ, bringing bold, international flavours to Estonia’s dining scene.

His philosophy is simple yet powerful: hard work, curiosity, and respect for flavour as the foundation of every great dish. This mindset guides his collaboration with ALUFIX, built on shared values of quality, integrity, and innovation — and a belief that true excellence comes from dedication and craftsmanship.

Mojmir Marko Šiftar is one of Slovenia’s most dynamic culinary talents. As Head Chef of PEN KLUB Restaurant in Ljubljana, he masterfully blends Slovenian tradition with a bold modern spirit. Born in the Prekmurje region, he draws inspiration from his roots to create expressive dishes that celebrate local ingredients and the country’s rich culinary heritage.

A former captain of the Slovenian Junior Culinary Team and presenter of MasterChef Slovenia, Mojmir has earned recognition from Gault & Millau and the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Competition. At PEN KLUB, his cuisine embodies the balance between tradition, innovation, and sustainability — values he shares with ALUFIX in their pursuit of quality, responsibility, and creative excellence.

A confident, warm and loving host. Top chef and gastronomer of the year, Josef Mühlmann has been running the Gannerhof in Villgraten in East Tyrol together with his wife Carola since 2017 and has been a partner of the Alufix family since 2023.
