With this simple recipe and ALUFIX baking paper you can bring a twist to your kitchen and an experience to your mouth.

Red and Green Pesto -

Preperation
Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal-sized rectangles and repeat this step with the second package of puff pastry.

Spreading
Now take a rectangle and spread one of the two pestos on it. Now place a second layer of puff pastry on top and spread the second pesto on it and spread the fresh basil on top. Then add another layer of puff pastry on top. This should not be spread on.

Cut and Twist
Cut strips of about 2 - 3 cm wide from the rectangle with three layers. Take the strips individually in your hands and twist them until they form a nice shape and place them on the baking tray with ALUFIX baking paper.

Spreading and Baking
Now break the egg, whisk it and coat the sticks with the egg. Then sprinkle some dried thyme on top and put the sticks in the oven at 180°C top and bottom heat for about 10 - 15 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy
