Mamma Mia! With this recipe and ALUFIX aluminum foil we prepare the Italian classic, Pasta Pomodoro, a little differently. Tastes just as good. Or even better?
Ingredients
-
500g Pasta -
250g Cherry Tomatoes -
1 Whole Garlic Bulb -
1 Onion -
Fresh Basil -
A pinch of Pepper -
A pinch of Salt -
Parmesan -
Olive Oil

Preperation
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut the onion into large pieces. Cut a few millimeters off the top of the whole garlic bulb. Now place everything on a piece of aluminum foil and form it into a boat from which no oil or juice can leak out. Now spread a few basil leaves in between and season everything with a little salt and pepper. Now pour some olive oil over it and put the boat in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.

Step #
Mix it
After the specified time, remove from the oven and use a blender or hand blender to mix into a creamy sauce. Make sure you remove the garlic from the skin first. This is easy to do by pressing the bulb from underneath - the garlic cloves will now slide out of the skin on their own.

Cooking pasta
Now cook 500g of pasta in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet. As soon as the pasta is ready, mix it with the sauce, season to taste and serve on a plate. Finally, add a little pepper and grated Parmesan cheese as well as a leaf of basil to the pasta. Finish!
It's only this quick and easy with ALUFIX. Sonst nix.
