    Preperation

Melt the chocolate slowly in a water bath - take a small and a larger pot and fill the larger one ¼ full with water. Now place the small pot directly in the water, turn the stove to medium and place the chocolate in the small pot. Meanwhile, roll out Alufix cling film and cut it into squares of around 25x25cm (depending on the size of the glasses, cups or bowls). Then spread 1 - 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate on top.

  • Step #

    Spread Chocolate

Now spread the chocolate carefully and evenly on the cling film using the back of the spoon. Spread it a little further (2 - 3 cm) than the surface of the glasses, cups or bowls. It is best to hold the cling film at both ends with your fingers in your other hand to hold it in place. Make sure that you do not spread the chocolate too thinly - this could cause it to break later. Now lift the film with the chocolate and place it on the surface of the upturned glasses, cups or bowls.

  • Step #

    Cool

Now place the glasses, cups or bowls with the chocolate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

  • Step #

    Serve

Now take the glasses, cups or bowls out of the fridge and carefully remove them from the foil. Be careful not to hold them in your hands for too long, otherwise the chocolate will melt again. Now fill the bowls with whipped cream or another cream of your choice, decorate them with fruit and crumble a biscuit on top. It can only be done this quickly and easily with ALUFIX. Sonst nix.
