Super easy, super quick and super tasty. These delicious honey peach snacks are ready in no time at all with ALUFIX baking paper.

Preperation
Halve the peaches to make it easier to remove the pit. Then cut the halves into slices about 1 - 2 cm thick.

Onto the Baking Paper
Now spread a dollop of honey lengthways on the baking paper and then place the peach slices nicely on top.

Place Puff Pastry on Top and Spread
Cut four equal-sized rectangles from the finished puff pastry and place them on the peach slices. Crack the egg, whisk it and brush the puff pastry with it. Put it in the oven at 180°C top and bottom heat for about 15 minutes.

Arranging and Serving
Now take the golden brown snacks out of the oven, carefully remove them from the baking paper and turn them so that the peaches are on top. Before you serve the little delicacies, you can sprinkle them with icing sugar. It's that quick with ALUFIX. Sonst nix.
