Preparation

Step #
Preperation
First, cut the potatoes, garlic, lime and onions into small pieces and put them in a bowl. Put a small piece of lime aside.
-
Step #
Mix it
Now mix everything with a pinch of salt and pepper and plenty of olive oil. Tear off three pieces of aluminum foil (approx. 30 x 30cm) and divide the vegetables and limes into three portions.
-
Step #
Into the oven
Next, fold the aluminum foil over on its side and form small "bowls". Make sure that the aluminum foil does not tear and allow oil to leak out. Now put them in the oven at 220°C for 30 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy
As soon as the 30 minutes are up and the vegetables are golden brown, you can take them out of the oven and serve them straight away in the aluminum foil. Alternatively, you can of course take the vegetables out of the foil and serve them on a plate. Crumble the feta in your hands and sprinkle it over the vegetables and squeeze a piece of fresh lime over them. As a final step, spread the fresh cress on top and you're done. It's only this quick and easy with ALUFIX. Sonst nix.
