Preperation
Melt the chocolate slowly in a water bath - take a small and a larger saucepan and fill the larger one 1⁄4 full with water. Now place the small pan directly in the water, turn the stove to medium and place the chocolate in the small pan.
-
Step #
Mix it
Mix the melted chocolate with flour, sugar, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and press it into the mixture with a fork until a crumbly dough forms. Mix well.

Hollowing Oranges
Cut the top off the oranges (about the top quarter) and separate the flesh from the peel with a sharp, small kitchen knife. Then scrape out the flesh with a small metal spoon. It's okay if some of the flesh remains on the peel. This makes the cake even juicier and gives it a delicious orange aroma. Put the flesh in a bowl. Squeeze the juice out of the flesh with your (clean) hands. Beat the egg with a fork. Add about 170 ml of the orange juice and stir. Stir the egg-orange juice mixture into the dough with a fork and beat until it forms a homogeneous mass. It doesn't matter if the dough contains small lumps; you won't taste them after baking.

Filling and Baking
Now take the golden brown snacks out of the oven, carefully remove them from the baking paper and turn them so that the peaches are on top. Before you serve the little delicacies, you can sprinkle them with icing sugar. It's that quick with ALUFIX. Sonst nix.
