Ingredients
-
150g Ready-made sushi rice -
1 Nori Sheet -
50g Tofu or another filling (e.g. meat or fish) -
Eine A pinch of sesame seeds -
Sauce as a topping, e.g. spicy mayonnaise -
50g Cucumber or other filling (e.g. avocado)
Preperation

Step #
Preperation
Cut the tofu and cucumber into small cubes (1x1cm) and mix them with your sticky and well-seasoned sushi rice. You can also add other ingredients such as avocado or salmon to the rice. There are no limits to creativity here. Cut the nori sheet into small squares and then into fine strips as thinly as possible - we use the nori as a topping in our recipe, but it also goes perfectly directly into the rice mixture. Now roll out a piece of your ALUFIX cling film.
-
Step #
Placing
Place 1 – 2 tablespoons (depending on the desired size of the balls) on the prepared piece of ALUFIX cling film.
-
Step #
Form Balls
Wrap the rice mixture in the ALUFIX cling film and twist it at the top until it is pulled into the desired round shape. Do this until there is no rice mixture left. You can now put the balls in the fridge for a few minutes so that they firm up a bit. You can also leave them in the fridge a little longer and prepare them for later consumption.

Serve and Enjoy
Now carefully remove the balls from the foil and place them on a plate. Finally, top them with your sauce of choice (make sure it is a thick sauce), place the finely chopped nori sheets on top and sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds on top. Ready and done with ALUFIX. Sonst nix.
